The Battle Between The Self & The Other: Working with the Full Moon in Aries

The Full Moon in Aries does not whisper. It is bold, raw, and direct. This Moon is a mirror that asks you to look at where you stand in your power and where you lose it. Aries is the spark of individuality, the courage to claim your own space. On the opposite side, where the Sun sits, Libra offers the counterbalance, reminding us that we live in relationship, that we are not islands moving through life untouched by others.

The dance between these two is never simple. Aries wants to move fast and forward, sometimes without noticing the ripples it leaves behind. Libra wants to weigh, to balance, to please, sometimes at the cost of its own truth. This is the axis of self and other, and under this Full Moon you will see where you lean too far.

Most of us know both sides. Times when we have bulldozed through, convinced we were right, only to see the mess left behind. Times when we have shrunk ourselves, silenced honesty, or said yes when every part of us wanted to say no.

Both ends of this spectrum are distortions. Both take us away from our center. This Moon does not ask for judgment. It asks for clarity. And that is where the work begins.

On Substack, I take you deeper into this Aries Libra axis and share how to recognize your own tipping points. You can read the opening reflections for free, and if you feel called to go further you can subscribe for the full teaching and guided practices.

If you are ready to embody this work, not just read about it, SHIFT is where we move together each week with accountability and community.
