Libra Season 2025: Balance, Truth, and Connection
One thing that has become very clear to me is that I can no longer soften my voice just to keep the peace. I will not share to harm or divide, but I will not silence myself out of fear that I may be misunderstood.
That is the essence of Libra season. Libra asks us to step fully into connection without abandoning ourselves. True balance is not pleasing people, where you say yes to avoid discomfort. And it is not building walls so high that no one can reach you. Real harmony lives in the middle. It is when you hold your values with clarity, while also giving others the space to hold theirs.
This season invites you to ask: Where are you giving up your truth in the name of harmony? Where are you hiding behind boundaries that keep you safe but also alone? Where have you convinced yourself that connection and authenticity cannot exist together?
The Full Moon in Aries on October 7 will shine a light on this. Aries demands honesty. It pushes you to speak where you have stayed silent, to stand where you have bent too far, and to find courage in the conversations that matter. It is not always comfortable, but it is necessary.
Then on October 21 the New Moon in Libra brings renewal. It offers the chance to plant seeds for relationships that honor both truth and tenderness. Partnerships that can hold differences without losing respect. Friendships that grow because they are real, not because they are easy.
Libra reminds us that connection is not about sameness. It is about balance. Giving and receiving. Listening and speaking. Loving and disagreeing without walking away. This is how we grow.
So when I say I will no longer edit myself, it is not a rejection of connection. It is a commitment to it. Because real connection cannot happen if we are only showing the parts of ourselves that feel safe.
May this season be the one where you speak your truth with love, where you listen without fear, and where you allow relationships to be both honest and beautiful.
And if this feels like a lot to hold, you are not alone. In SHIFT with Jamie we practice the tools that make this possible. Regulation and reflection. Learning to steady yourself so you can stay present instead of reactive. Creating enough space inside to listen to your truth and to allow others to hold theirs.
SHIFT with Jamie is not about bypassing hard moments. It is about meeting them with clarity and balance, and finding the version of you who can stay rooted in love no matter what is happening around you.
If you are ready to live from that space, join us inside SHIFT with Jamie.
