New Moon in Sagittarius - The Last New Moon of the Year [Audio + Playlist]

“Learn to call on yourself. Learn to be yourself. Learn to vibrate. That's one good thing we can all do. Then God will bless you in every field, whatever your field is.” –Yogi Bhajan

As I have written before, the new moons are often associated with new beginnings. It is a great time to think about the things you want to bring into your life. The things you want to focus on. This is also the last New Moon in the year, and it is a perfect time to start to plant the seeds for the upcoming New Year.

We are fortunate to have Sagittarius and Jupiter helping us with this precious time. Simply put, the planets are on our side to go after all that we have wanted. There is endless possibility in our planets right now! If you want to go deeper in understanding the planets, you can read more HERE and HERE

We can often get caught up in that idea that we can’t do the thing that we want. Others can have it, but we can’t. It can feel impossible to live the life of our dreams. With the power of the New Moon, I am going to do the Kundalini Meditation Gan Puttee Kriya: The Kriya to Make the Impossible Possible. I would love for you to join me.

Journaling Exercise

First lets start with a journaling exercise. Focus on what you want to make happen with the rest of the year. What seeds do you want to plant? What have you been letting the fear stop you? You can listen to this Playlist

I like to have all of my New Moon intentions in their own journal. I write down, in my handwritting, what it is I want to bring forth each New Moon. I then reflect and adjust it each month. I take note of all the progress I have made towards those goals from the previous New Moon. This helps to build my strenght and confidence. We often focus on all that we haven’t done, but this is a good time to focus on what you have done..

With your crystals, candle and incense lit, start journaling, while listen to the Play List .  Take your time.  Reflect.  Think about what has been standing in your way, and see yourself moving it.  Then start focusing on all that you want to bring in.  You can do this is any way that feels comfortable. This can be lists, descriptions, anything that gets you into the feeling of what you want to bring forth.  Get excited about all that is coming.

How have you been showing up for what you want? What are the things you said you wanted at the beginning of the year and have yet to make happen? Have you been able to take steps towards it? And tke note of the things that you have done. Allow yourself to feel the victories of what you are already done.

When you are done, take out your Palo Santo or Sage and start cleansing yourself and your crystals. I start with myself and the move onto my crystals, and then back to myself.  Starting  at my feet and swirling in the smoke.  Releasing what isn’t needed and soaking up all the energy that is supporting my growth for the next few months. .

“Prayer is the power of God in you. You don’t have to do prayer to the outside, you do prayer from the inside.” –Yogi Bhajan

“Gan Puttee is another name for Ganesha, the god of knowledge and writing. He is often represented with a rat at his feet. The rat represents cleverness and the ability to get through any barrier to the solution. This meditation can dissolve any conundrum or blockage in your life.” -Gurucharan Singh Khalsa
