A Meditation to Help You Show Up for All You are Here to Do
For many, this has been a very anxiety-inducing time. I am getting messages from clients and others that their anxiety has been at an all-time high. This is understandable. We are all connected energetically, whether we realize it or not. There has been a lot of change in the air. It would be almost impossible not to be affected by it.
As I have shared before, meditation is not going to be the cure-all for all of this, but it is part of it. All of us are being called or asked to show up in different ways for this new time. Part of doing our part is understanding what our part actually is. We can’t be told what to do, or just follow what others are doing. We have to go in, get quiet, and align what feels right for us. This can be very uncomfortable. We have to confront things that are inside of us that we might not want to. We have to look inside and understand what our beliefs are and if our actions support that. We have to be willing to get quiet enough to look inside and see the things that we have to release within ourselves. From there we can be lead to how we can show up for the change we want to be part of. This can be an incredible time for growth if we give it the time, effort, and space that it requires.
I encourage you to use this meditation to get quiet and get aligned with what you need to release. Remember, you will have to feel it in order to release it. Trying to ignore the whisper doesn’t make it go away. It is when you can sit with it, that you can work with it. It is then that you can learn from it and use it to move you forward in your healing. The more you work on your healing, the better you are able to show up. You will not only stop causing harm to others but also hold space for their healing.
Please create a sacred space for yourself, maybe light incense, a candle, grab something to cover your eyes, and take out your journal. Start by playing the below mediation and when prompted, grab your journal and write out whatever comes up for you..
