Healing Self Worth

At the heart of almost every persistent manifestation block is not a lack of effort, clarity, or discipline.

It’s self-worth.

Not the obvious kind that you can bring attention to and discipline your thoughts away from. The kind that was engrained into you early on. Telling you what was safe to want, how much you were allowed to have, how to feel about what you have, and when it was better/safer to stay small.

When deficits of self worth are not addressed, manifestation becomes challenging because some part of you doesn’t believe you are meant to be the one who gets what their hearts and souls dream of.

This is why certain desires feel heavy. Why they can feel unreachable. Why not having hope feels safer than having hope.

This is why you can envision a future and freeze the moment you try to step towards it. And why when you finally see a glimpse of goodness, it vanishes almost as fast as it appeared.

Low self-worth is sneaky. It shows up as hesitation. As second-guessing. As a story that sounds practical, realistic, or even responsible. But underneath it carries the message: I can’t have what I want.

When self-worth is compromised, the subconscious mind selects against expansion. The nervous system tightens around wanting. The body braces before the mind can even hope. And so the same patterns repeat themselves over and over again…not because you aren’t evolving, but because something deeper is still protecting an old wound.

Your self worth is directly proportional to your manifestation powers. It is a core structure of what enables creation.

Without healing it, every intention eventually runs into the same wall. You meet your limiting beliefs again and again. You encounter the same internal resistance. You find yourself trying to manifest through effort instead of alignment.

But when self-worth begins to heal, something profound shifts:

Desire no longer feels like a risk.
Receiving no longer feels like a threat.
Expansion stops feeling like something you have to justify.

The body softens. The subconscious opens. Vision widens, not because you’re pushing for more, but because more finally feels safe.

The truth is to manifest what we actually want and to keep it, we need to work on three levels.

The cognitive mind.
The subconscious mind.
And the nervous system (your energetic body).

The cognitive mind is the pilot. This is our conscious awareness of ourselves, our actions, and the world around us. We more or less know what is going on with our conscious minds.

The subconscious mind is our autopilot. It’s where our stories and conditioning and belief systems live. And because it’s autopilot, it’s often running without your conscious permission. It quietly informs your actions, your reactions, even what you think you want.

Our nervous systems scan the world and signal safety or danger to the brain. When our nervous system is dysregulated, our body goes into survival mode and it’s very hard to create - let alone have the clarity we need to create - when we are in survival mode.

This is why regulation matters so much.

Your conscious mind can only perceive what it already knows. But when you train the subconscious to see further, to imagine more ease, more space, more possibility, your nervous system follows and the world opens up.

Everything we do in the SHIFT with Jamie membership works with three distinct layers:

Manifestation Made Simple: Self Worth is the next frontier we’ll be journeying together.

Starting February 1, for 21 days, we will gently work with the places that learned to hold back, and begin to bring safety, regulation, and compassion to the parts of you that have been carrying these blocks for a long time.

This is about healing, not fixing. About excavation, not judgment.

About allowing worthiness to become something you experience in your body, not something you argue for in your mind.

You don’t need to arrive ready. You don’t need to feel certain. You don’t even need to know what you want.

You just need to be willing to meet yourself honestly and to let something old soften enough until it falls away.

If manifestation has ever felt like an uphill climb, that is not a failure on your part. It’s an invitation to tend to your foundation.

And when the foundation heals, everything built upon it begins to move.

With so much love,
Jamie
