Ride The Equinox And Full Moon Energy Wave

The peak of the Full Moon may have been on Friday, but the Equinox is today, so if you are feeling amplified...you are not alone.

The energy is INTENSE, and we have the cosmos to thank for that.

But the energy is also incredibly transformative...we just have to harness it.

In order to make it work for us, we have to be intentional with that energy and direct it to where we want it to go.

We're always in a constant cycle between New Moons and Full Moons and Equinoxes on a larger cycle.

The energy of theSpring Equinoxis like that of a New Moon. We are setting intentions and planting the seeds for that which we want to create.

Full moons are like the Fall Equinox: they offer us the opportunity for release.

That means the energy of what we are working with right now is the combination of both the full Moon and Spring Equinox. We have the Full Moon energy helping us clear out what is blocking us from our dream life and then we have the Spring Equinox breathing energy into it, making our dreams come into fruition.

The Full Moon brings light to the shadow side of Virgo energy that can be detrimental in creating the life we desire to be living is an addiction to perfection. Perfectionism can become incredibly paralyzing because we're not able to fully create what we are trying to create. Unless it’s perfect, it’s not right, and that mentality stops us from doing anything.

And as I'm sure a lot of us know, there is no real, true version of perfection.

So constantly striving for perfection means constantly searching and picking and refining, and not ever actually doing or finishing.

And along with that perfectionism comes great insecurity. Because we feel like nothing is ever good enough.

These themes tend to come up powerfully during the Full Moon in Virgo. We don't like it and it doesn't feel good. And we can blame the Moon, but the Moon is just showing us what has been percolating under the surface all along.

What is always available to us is the opportunity to sit with our discomfort and get curious with it.

Because the other side of Virgo is productivity and practicality. So this Moon gives us the energy to take the earthly steps forward to create the life of our dreams if we consciously let go of our perfectionism.

Which looks a lot like getting quiet enough to see those perfectionistic qualities and say to: “Okay, I'm going to do it anyway, even if it's not perfect. I'm going to start anyway.”

And then committing to taking the earthly actions available in each moment…and actually doing them.

But there is another aspect to Full Moons, which is the Sun. The Sun and the Full Moon are always oppositional, but in ways that can be used very complementarily.

With the sun in Pisces, we may find ourselves deeply connecting and daydreaming with what we want to create. It might even feel like a spiritual experience because it is so intuitive and expansive.

But we have to be able to bring down those things to an earthly way. We have to be able to take steps in the earthly realm so that our dreams can actually happen now in this lifetime.

Questions to ask ourselves during this Equinox are:

What is coming up for me?

Why is this coming up?

What exactly is happening here?

How is it stopping me?

How am I noticing it?

How can I do it differently?

How can I see it differently?

This powerful Full Moon leads us into the Equinox, where the day meets the night and we deepen even further into the energy of planting the seeds for the future of our dreams.

No, it is prerecorded and you will have it in the portal before the Moon.

In this workshop, we use guided reiki, breathwork, journaling and Kundalini meditation to tap in to this energy.

+ WHAT DO I NEED?

All you need is privacy, a journal and good wifi.

You might want a meditation cushion, a candle and something to cover your eyes (all optional).
