Full Moon in Aquarius- How can we make a difference ?

On August 22 at 8:02 AM EST we will welcome the second Full Moon in Aquarius of the year. this is a very rare and powerful occurrence. And of course, in the middle of it all, we had the Lionsgate Portal on the New Moon (in Leo). So there’s been a lot of energy going on, to say the very least. We are still working with the same theme; how we can show up powerfully for the collective.

The energy of this full moon is about how our actions change the collective, and how those changes make a difference in the world. The important questions to be asking yourself right now are:

How do I want to show up?

What is the next right thing?

How do I cultivate the courage to act?

How do I make space for others to show up and act in a way that is right for them, even if it is not something I agree with?

Can I stay open and loving in an angry world and inspire others to do the same?

When we tap in - when we get quiet - when we go inward - we hear what we actually want; what we actually think is important; what we actually think needs to move forward; what we think is needed to bring change into the world and how we think that we can show up to be part of that change in the world. And when we come from a place of inward reflection we respond to the world around us with clarity. We become a pillar of light and inspiration, which is what's really needed right now.

With these energetic events, we are given the opportunity to really work with these powerful Moons for an even deeper healing. One of the things that motivates me to keep showing up and doing my work is knowing that as I share the things that helped me, I am giving others the opportunity to have their own healing moment. And then, as it often happens, they share what helped them with others, and so on and so on. It's a powerful connection that connects us all and brings a lot of meaning to the work we do on ourselves - knowing that by healing ourselves we help heal others. The Butterfly Effect.

During these energetically potent times, it's so important that we work with these energies so that we can get more and more aligned with who we are and more aligned with what we're here to bring to the world.

This full moon gives us the opportunity to release the need to fit in. It gives us the courage to step into our truth while allowing others to have their own. It gives us space to learn and grow. It emphasizes our ability to stand in our own individuality and allow our gifts to shine and to brighten the world.

No, it is prerecorded and you will have it in the portal before the Moon.

+ WHAT WILL WE DO IN THE WORKSHOP?

In this workshop, we use guided reiki, breathwork, journaling and Kundalini meditation to tap in to this energy.

+ WHAT DO I NEED?

All you need is privacy, a journal and good wifi.

You might want a meditation cushion, a candle and something to cover your eyes (all optional).

+ WHAT IF I CAN'T DO IT ON THE NEW/FULL MOON?

No worries, we have the energy of the New/Full Moons for a few days before and after. You also have the opportunity to repeat the whole or any part of the workshop through the next New/Full Moon.
