As many of you know, I’m a big believer in rituals. These moments of intention are how I shape my life, how I step out of old patterns and into the reality I actually want. Because without that intentional shift, we end up repeating the same stories, the same frustrations, the same cycles that keep us stuck.
This meditation is one I turn to again and again. It’s perfect for the beginning of the month, New Moons, birthdays, any time you want to press reset and step into a new frequency.
Manifestation isn’t just about wishing for something. It’s about reprogramming the subconscious, shifting the energy you hold, and aligning your actions with the version of you that already has what you desire. And that starts with how you feel.
Your subconscious doesn’t respond to words alone, it responds to emotion, to energy. That’s why I infuse this meditation with Reiki, to help clear stagnant energy and create space for what you actually want to call in. When you connect with your future self in meditation—when you feel into her confidence, her clarity, her knowing—you begin to embody her now. And that’s where the shift happens.
We think we need to push harder, do more, force things into place, but real change happens when we align. When we shift our internal state, our external reality begins to reflect it. That’s the work. That’s the magic.
I recorded this meditation because it’s one of the most powerful tools I use in my own life. And yes, I listen to it myself—because every time I do, I get clarity, I receive guidance, I feel that deep knowing of where I’m meant to go next.

This work is hard.
It’s hard because you’re trying to rewire decades of programming-that-no-longer-serves-you in your subconscious.
It’s hard because life happens. It’s easy to be zen and centered when everything is going right, but when the offer on your dream home falls through, and you find out that you didn’t get the job that everyone said you were perfect for, and you hit a rough patch where every day just feels gray and empty for now reason…that’s when it seems so hard—and pointless—to show up.
And it’s hard because so much of the messaging you’re hit with every day is filled with bad advice that doesn’t work. At best, it wastes your time. At worst, it pushes you toward toxic behaviors—like “faking it till you make it” and “turning that frown upside down”—that bypass the very real emotions you’re experiencing and build a habit of lying to yourself.
But you don’t need to walk this path alone.
