What if I’m new to meditation?
This is for you. Everything is designed to feel simple and supportive. You’ll be gently guided with short meditations, journal prompts, and weekly videos that make it easy to start and even easier to keep going.

What if I already have a meditation practice?
Beautiful. This will deepen what you already do. You’ll find a wide range of practices like breathwork, mantra, reiki baths, and devotional journeys to explore. The weekly coaching videos offer real-life insight and energetic support to meet you where you are.

What if I feel lost or overwhelmed?
That’s exactly why this exists. You don’t have to figure it all out. The app gives you rhythm and direction without pressure. You can take it day by day and let the practices meet you in the moment.

Is everything new?
Some is brand new. Some comes from eight years of my most powerful work with thousands of clients. You’ll receive a mix of fresh practices and timeless teachings curated to support your evolution.

Will I have access to Jamie?
Yes. Each week, I share a new video inside the Weekly Wisdom section. These teachings are grounded in what’s happening astrologically and energetically. You can also write in and I will reflect on your questions inside the weekly coaching content.

What is the app and how is it different?
This is part coaching and part meditation, created to support your inner life. You’ll receive weekly wisdom videos, guided meditations, energy reports, journal prompts, and devotional journeys. It’s not just about sitting still. It’s about helping you feel better and live with more clarity and ease.

What kinds of practices are included?
You’ll find guided meditations in different lengths and styles. Each week includes a short, medium, and longer practice. Sessions may include breathwork, mantra, reiki baths, and energetic resets. You’ll also receive prompts and journeys to explore themes like self trust, anxiety, and your future self.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. It’s a monthly subscription and you can cancel whenever you need to. No pressure or guilt. You’re always welcome to come back when it feels right.

Do you offer refunds?
No. Because of the nature of digital content, all sales are final. We encourage you to explore a full week of content before deciding if the app is the right fit for you. There are also no refunds for any rentals or lifetime purchases. There are no exceptions.

Can I share the app or my login?
No. This content is for personal use only. Sharing your login or giving others access violates our terms and will result in account deactivation. Thank you for respecting the space and the work.

What if I have a question or need help?
We’re here for you. If you have questions about the app, your membership, or need support, you can reach out anytime through the contact form inside the app or email us admin@organicallyjamie.com. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your membership at any time. However, we'll be sad to see you go! By canceling your membership, you are forgoing any “locked-in” discounted rate and if you choose to sign up again, your rate will be determined by the current membership prices.

Once you cancel, you will not be billed for the following month. Your login will remain active and your account will be set to expire at the end of your payment period. Once expired, you will no longer have access to the SHIFT with Jamie Membership + App and any associated features, such as content, classes, calendars, groups, resources, and more.

Please note that deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. To cancel your subscription, simply follow the steps mentioned below:

If you have signed up via the SHIFT Jamie  website : You will need to cancel your subscription through your account settings after logging in at https://shiftwithjamie.organicallyjamie.com/ Click "account" from the menu, then "billing" then "change plan" then "cancel membership"
