Most of you know that I really don’t like social media. Not only because I think it causes incredible anxiety, but also because it’s a form of brainwashing.
As a mindset coach, I know that what you read, what you look at, what you listen to, etc. shapes the quality of your life and your ability to navigate into bigger and better things.

And that can feel…defeating. Maybe even infect us with a little FOMO, mom guilt, or shame.
