Setting Up for Success

On November 1, I sent out a newsletter giving you my clarity meditation and offering you some tips on how to write a list you’ll stay committed to and feel good about along the way.

If you’ve been following along, you know I use the first of the month to set intentions for the days ahead.

But what I talk about less often is how important it is to evaluate those intentions and our progress towards our overall goals BEFORE we set intentions for a new month.

We could (and often do) find ourselves in an endless loop of setting the same goal and never actually achieving it.

Which then causes us to doubt our ability as manifestors.

But here’s a secret: no one is more powerful at manifesting than anyone else.

What sets people apart is their commitment to taking teeny tiny steps every single day towards their goals.

Because here’s the thing: we can think we want change and say we want change, but if we don’t take the earthly actions required to make that change, nothing ever actually changes.

So let’s check in.

Look at the goals you set at the beginning of November.

Ask yourself:

Do you still want to go in that direction?
If yes, what did you do to get there? What are you willing to do to continue in that direction?
If no, what direction do you want to go in instead?

And then when you get clear, go through my clarity meditation again and set your sights on what you want to do with December.

Now is not the time to give up on receiving all that you want to create. .

We have the big mama of all intention setting days ahead of us, so use this time as practice for the new year.

And don’t worry:

I have something VERY special planned to help lead you into your New Year’s resolutions this year. I’ve got you covered :)
