Jamie Graber is a health and wellbeing guru who has inspired countless others through her personal journey with food and depression. Jamie, known by the wellness community as "The Detox Guru,” specializes in mindset shifting and reframing. She has helped many to detox their mind, body, soul. Jamie has been featured in the New York Times, Well and Good, The Numinous, Fashion Week Daily, Living the Process, Refinery 29, New York Magazine, The Balanced Blonde among others. In addition to coaching private clients and serving as a wellness expert to the media, Jamie also founded and operated Gingersnap's Organic, the beloved cleanse cafe in the West Village that became a hotspot for celebrities and fashionistas. She published her first book in 2016, Juice It, Blend It, Live It: Over 50 Easy Recipes to Energize, Detox, and Nourish Your Mind and Body. with a forward from New York Times, Best Selling Author Gabrielle Bernstein.
Jamie moved to Venice, CA after college and quickly developed her passion for plant based food, spirituality, and Yoga, as a means of finding balance. It was with this work that she was no longer viewing food and her body as the enemy. In Los Angeles, she discovered the world of juicing, connection to Spirit and studied to be a rawfood practitioner, as well as completing 700 hours of Yoga Teacher Training from YogaWorks and Sacred Movement in 2005. She eventually went on to become the General Manager at Rawvolution.
While at Rawvolution, Jamie created a partnership with YogaWorks naturally combining her love for health and wellness to teach clients how to balance their physical regimes with a healthy diet. Due to high demand, she started teaching cleanse workshops as well as creating menus of raw juices, smoothies and soups and found her true calling as a 360 degree health and wellness consultant. In 2010, she moved back home to NYC with her newfound knowledge and passion to open up her own restaurant, Gingersnap’s Organic, with a dedication to using high quality, organic, non processed, plant based ingredients. In early 2017, Jamie decided to close Gingersnap’s Organic to devote herself full-time to her extensive list of workshops and private clients.

Jamie's holistic perspective as a Certified Reiki Healer, Certified Yoga instructor, Gabrielle Bernstein Spirit Junkie Coach, Kundulini Teacher and Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) graduate fuels her thriving career as a lifestyle coach, juice bar consultant, business owner/operator and author. Inspired by her personal journey with food, health and wellness, Jamie is now on a mission to share with others how to be healthy, happy and free. Jamie resides in Manhattan with her carnivorous and equally talented chef husband, Will Hickox.
